2020 Super Bowl LIV - Miami  

THE OBJECTIVE: Provide overall transport management pre-event (transport planning, routing, staffing/training and the organization of police escorts) followed by the complex on-site delivery to key sponsors of Super Bowl LIV.

THE RESULT: The successful delivery of 13 corporate transport solutions from 15 different hotels in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

2018 World Cup Russia 

THE OBJECTIVE: Organize for a client last minute hospitality program in Moscow for semi-final and final rounds, including room block, dedicated ground transportation, individual airport transfers and support staff.

THE RESULT: Despite the lateness of the request the program was a full success.

NCAA Bid Project

THE OBJECTIVE: Provide the NCAA with the management and delivery of the host city bid process including critical reviews and documentation, management of host city information, the bid portal and symposium.

THE RESULT: A comprehensive analysis of all bids, helping the NCAA successfully award 613 Championships over the 2018-2022 seasons.

The Goose Island Experience 

THE OBJECTIVE: Provided a truly unique experience to prove that Goose Island craft beer is still the same eclectic and food-focused beer company that their loyal customers grew to love. This 3-day glamping adventure included 40 furnished safari tents, a 30' TipiMarqui, a gourmet kitchen tent and an award-winning chef. 

THE RESULT: The event received so much positive press with writers and bloggers that it has become an annual event.

Pan American Games 

THE OBJECTIVE: Provide support in the overall training, set up and management of the athlete, officials and media transport systems and assist manage transport operations of satellite villages and airport for the 2015 Pan American Games. 

THE RESULT: Successful delivery of the satellite athlete, official and media transport solutions to achieve an Olympic transport scoring level.
